Dentists in Richardson TX

Brent Fleming, DDS, earned his dental degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore, after earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami in Florida. Prior to entering private practice, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Baylor College of Dentistry. He has taken numerous postgraduate education courses, including training in mini dental implants (MDIs), restorative and cosmetic dentistry, and Invisalign™ clear aligners, allowing him to incorporate these treatments into his practice and give you the smile you deserve. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Texas Dental Association (TDA), Dallas County Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD).

Dr. Fleming is an active participant in the community, serving as a volunteer dentist at Dallas Life and the Texas Mission of Mercy. He and his wife, Patty, were married in March 2011 in Dallas. In his spare time, Dr. Fleming enjoys traveling, running, soccer, and being with friends and family.

James S. Guirguis, DDS, is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. He obtained his dental degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, after receiving his bachelor’s degree at Miami University of Ohio. Prior to entering private practice, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Guirguis demonstrates his dedication to postgraduate education with a focus on complex procedures in esthetic, implant, and restorative dentistry. This commitment ensures the highest level of care, both today and tomorrow. He is certified in mini dental implants (MDIs) and Invisalign clear aligners and maintains professional membership in the American Dental Association (ADA), Texas Dental Association (TDA), and Dallas County Dental Society.
Dr. Guirguis is also a volunteer dentist at Dallas Life. He and his wife, Amber, have one son, Max, and in his spare time, he enjoys soccer, tennis, traveling with family and friends, and Cleveland sports teams.

Jay L. Nutt, DDS, is from a ranching family in West Texas. Dr. Nutt graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1974. He and his wife, Lynn, have three children and a son-in-law who is also a dentist. Dr. Nutt is very active in his church and volunteers in Community Outreach programs throughout Dallas and Mexico. He is a graduate of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies.







Fred Pietsch, DDS, is a Dallas native. He graduated from Baylor University and Baylor College of Dentistry in 1974. His wife, Neil (short for Cornelia), teaches at Trinity Christian Academy, and together they have two sons. Dr. Pietsch goes on several mission trips each year to the Amazon River and serves on the board of Dallas Life and Amazon Outreach. He volunteers every Friday at a homeless shelter in downtown Dallas and enjoys fishing and golf in his spare time.
